Child Care Subsidy

A monthly subsidy toward licensed child care and out-of-school care. Verbatim: "Families earning under $90,000 in annual gross income [...] are eligible for subsidy."
The catch: The headline figure is one cell of a rate table, not a universal amount - what a family receives depends on income bracket, the type of care and the number of hours, and the brackets step down well before $90,000. Treat $90,000 as the outer edge of eligibility rather than as the line most families are paid at.
