Prescription coverage for low-income Island families supporting at least one child under 19, or under 25 and a full-time student. Requires PEI residency under the Drug Cost Assistance Act, a valid PEI Health Card, filed PEI tax returns and agreement to household income verification through CRA.

The catch: The page defines "low-income family" nowhere - every other criterion is precise and the income test, which is the one that decides the answer, is not stated at all, so no threshold is recorded here.
