A provincial rebate on the purchase or lease of a new or pre-owned electric vehicle.
The catch: Funding-dependent, and that is the whole risk: the rebate exists until the allocation is spent, and a vehicle ordered against an expected rebate is not a vehicle that will definitely receive one. It also requires the purchase first, so this is not free money - it reduces a large spend the buyer has already committed to.
