Funding for home and vehicle modifications that let a person with a substantial mobility restriction stay in their home and keep travelling - ramps, lifts, bathroom modifications, vehicle hand controls and similar.
The catch: It is funding-limited and the money runs out: applications are assessed against an available budget rather than against eligibility alone, so qualifying and receiving are different things. A professional assessment and quotes are required before a decision, which puts real unpaid work in front of an uncertain answer.
