Alaska senior hunting, fishing and trapping card

Alaska Department of Fish and Game

A permanent identification card that replaces the resident combination hunting, fishing and trapping licence at no charge for qualifying older Alaska residents, and waives the optional state stamps that normally cost extra.

The catch: It has to be applied for once - it is not issued automatically at a birthday - and it is a residency-gated benefit, so it lapses if you stop being an Alaska resident. Federal duck stamp requirements are separate and are not waived by a state card.
