Emissions Reduction Alberta's energy efficiency cost-share for Alberta businesses, covering four offerings: Comprehensive Energy Savings, Energy Savings for Business, the Expanded Technologies Pilot and the Small Producers Energy Efficiency Deployment stream.
The catch: All funding has been allocated. ERA's own page states "ESB has successfully allocated all funding." Applications submitted after 1 April 2023 go onto a waitlist and are reviewed in order of receipt, with no guarantee of funding. The program page is still live and still ranks well, which is why aggregators continue to list it as available.
